Hi, I’m Kait Francisco, founder of S.H.E., which stands for Strength. Hope. Empowerment.

For more than 15 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping women build confidence through beauty. But over the years, I discovered that beauty is about so much more than lashes, makeup, or skincare. It’s about helping women believe in themselves, create opportunities, and build lives they truly love.

My journey began in 2009, when I entered the beauty industry at just 19 years old. I quickly fell in love with the artistry, the connections, and the confidence I saw beauty bring to women every day.

In 2014, at 24 years old, I took a leap of faith and started my own business.

Three years later, in 2017, I opened my very first salon.

What started as a dream continued to grow beyond anything I had imagined.

In 2020, I expanded into a larger salon location and launched my own lash academy, where I had the privilege of training more than 300 beauty professionals while serving over 10,000 clients throughout my career.

For five incredible years, that salon became more than a business—it became a community built on education, encouragement, and empowerment.

As life evolved, so did my vision.

In 2025, I made the decision to downsize into a private studio as I prepared for a new chapter: relocating to Florida. Around that same time, I joined Farmasi, adding beauty, wellness, and a flexible business opportunity to the ways I could serve women. It wasn’t just about selling products—it was about giving women another pathway to confidence and income.

In 2026, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life.

I left behind the salon I had built, the clients I loved, and the business that had shaped so much of my journey. Rather than closing its doors, I proudly passed it on to someone I trust deeply—my sister, who had worked alongside me for the previous ten years. Watching her continue serving our Rochester community has been one of the most meaningful parts of this transition.

Today, I’m building something even bigger.

While beauty will always be at the heart of what I do, my mission has expanded beyond the salon.
