S.H.E consists of a team of dedicated, licensed professionals located in the heart of Rochester, NY.
Our salon & university has a very artistic asthetic. It is often used for photoshoots. You'll be surrounded by dim and neon lighting, a jaw dropping mural, art on the ceiling and walls. A relaxed and fun environment. The vibe of our studio is to make people feel comfortable and at home. A safe space to form friendships and to be able to set worries aside.

S.H.E. offers hands-on lash extension education and beauty business mentorship. Owner and educator, Kaitlyn, is a licensed, insured and certified lash extension educator through the National Association of Lash Artistry. Kaitlyn has 14 years experience in the lash industry. Our courses are also accredited through NALA.
NALA Academy Accreditation is an assessment process that lash academy owners choose to participate in so they will know with absolute certainty, their courses meet the highest level of education for their students.
