No. Our natural lashes have a natural shedding cycle just like our hair on our heads, nails and eyebrows. When applied properly the lash extensions will grow and shed with natural lash cycle. With proper care our lashes take 60-90 days to fully shed. We loose 1-5 natural lashes per eye, per day.
You will take care of your lashes by avoiding mascara, oils, products with glycol. The lashes will need to be cleansed every day, properly with a lash extension shampoo and wash brush.
No pulling or tugging on the lash extensions. No picking. No sleeping on your face. No oils around the eye area. Lashes can not be washed with anything but lash extension shampoo. DO NOT remove the lash extensions yourself for any reason!
You will not want to sleep on your face. A sleep mask is available that bumps out over the eyes protecting the lashes while you sleep. Silk pillow cases and clean pillow cases are also highly recommended. Combing the lashes in the morning is also recommended.
It does not hurt at all. Most guests enjoy a nice nap while they lay in the Lash bed during the procedure.
A reaction is possible but does not happen often. Your artist can work exclusively with you to find an adhesive that works well for you and is comfortable.
It is recommended to have the lash extensions refilled every two to three weeks.
After washing your face you will apply a few pumps of a foaming lash cleanser to the lashes. A lash wash brush will be used to suds up all sides of the extensions and assist in exfoliating the lash line. The lashes will then need to be rinsed with water and combed out after they are dry.
Yes, it is recommended to wear lash extension safe cosmetics though. No products with oil or glycol. Absolutely no waterproof products.
About a month. The extensions can grow out on their own or you may come into the salon for an easy removal with no damage to the natural lashes.
No. Lash extensions adhesives contain cyanoacrylate, methyl and carbon black.
The lash extensions should feel weightless and comfortable.
Lash extensions are applied to the natural lashes one by one with a black adhesive. They are applied 1mm away from the skin of the lash line. The guest is laying down in a bed with her eyes closed while the artist sits behind them. Full sets will take 2-3 hours, refills will take about an hour to an hour and a half.
Yes but lash extensions should be cleansed immediately after with “Fluff Gaurd”. A dry shampoo for the lash extensions. The lashes also need to be washed as soon as you are able to wet your face.

In the case of a reaction to the product we want to do our best to make you comfortable! We prefer to wait 24-48 hours from the initial application to perform a removal. This is to protect the safety and integrity of your eyes and natural lashes. The eyes typically become inflamed and swollen when a reaction presents itself. When a removal is performed. We apply a heafty amount of a chemical remover to the lash extensions/ lash line. Our hopes are to let the swelling of the lash line reduce, before applying another chemical to the already irritated area. When we do apply the chemical remover, the adhesive will open, re exposing the eye area to the adhesive fumes. By giving a grace period, for the eyes to naturally calm down, our hopes is that your removal is easy, and pain free with no further irritation to your eyes or breakage to your natural lashes. As we are not medical professionals, if you are worried that you are having a medical emergency we advise you to seek medical attention.
