 LASH MASTERMIND 12 week course for the person who wants to be a lash entrepreneur. This course provides students with 12 weeks of hands on lash training and working with live models. This course includes a full kit of lash supplies including a pink lash bed, pink lash stool, pink travel case, pink lash pillow and so much more! In this course we build your branding kit, your website, your social media profiles, your online booking system, we will take your headshots and also BEGIN BUILDING YOUR CLIENTELE! The hopes is you can start your business immediately upon graduation, however the commitment and determination is up to you! This course requires you to be in salon once a week, and the other portion will be done online, so that students are able to accommodate 12 weeks of training as well as tend to their families or other jobs. Upon graduation you will receive a certification for Lash Artistry Masterclass, Classic Lashes, Volume Lashes & Mega Volume Lashes!

BEGINNER LEVEL LASH COURSE 

a 2 day certification course designed to introduce you to the beautiful career of lash artistry. In this course we practice technique, application skills, lash removals and lash refills. We will cover the basics of classic and volume lash application. The topics also discussed in this course include, but are not limited to, product ingredients, consultations, consent forms, health codes, lash growth cycles, proper pre and post treatments, allergies, sensitivities and more. Everything needed to start your journey and PROTECT both you and your guest from inadequate situations. This class will be from 11am to 5pm both days and will be completed with a graduation ceremony! This class does include a full kit of lash supplies! Upon graduation you will receive a certificate of completion for Lash Extension Artistry 101.

LASH BOOTCAMP

a 5 day certification course. This course includes our Introductory Level training, as well as an introduction to mapping and styling. This course includes live demos as well as three days of performing three different styles of lash sets on live models (classic, hybrid and volume). This course will also introduce the artist to lash lifts, a chemical free system, legal in NYS. This Keratin Lash Lift actually strengthens and treats the natural lashes as well as "perming" them for more lift and curl. Students will spend a day performing a keratin lash lift on a live model.

THIS IS WHERE WE DESIGN A CUSTOM CIRRICULUM EXCLUSIVE TO YOUR NEEDS. THIS CAN INCLUDE BUSINESS MENTORSHIP AND HANDS ON TRAINING. WE WOULD ALSO DISCUSS IF YOU NEED SUPPLIES OR NOT. THE KIT WOULD BE CUSTOMIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU.  THE STUDENTS WOULD SUBMIT THE AREAS THEY WANT TO FOCUS IN ON, THE INSTRUCTOR RESPONDS WITH A MAPPED OUT CIRRICULUM AND ONCE AGREED UPON WE WOULD FINALIZE THE COST. 

ONE ON ONE MENTORSHIP IS $1,000-$3,000

$1,000 FOR ONE DAY OF TRAINING, $2000 FOR TWO DAYS OF TRAINING AND $3000 FOR 3 DAYS OF TRAINING.

(1 Day of training = 6 hours)

S.H.E. Lash Academy, Final Training Terms:

• I understand and agree that the final payment is due (7) days prior to the class date.
• I understand and agree that my deposit as well as class fees are non refundable.
• I understand and agree that if I am unable to attend the class (including due to travel or health issues) I may reschedule to another date if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the class start time.
• I understand and agree that S.H.E. Lash University has the right to refuse certification at the end of the course if I do not meet the qualifications.
• I understand and agree that I am fully licensed as an esthetician or cosmetologist in NYS, which is a requirement to lash in the state of NY. 
• I understand and agree that the class and contents of the Starter Kit are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE after attending the class and receiving goods.
• I understand and agree that I am required to bring my own model if needed.
• I understand and agree that S.H.E. Lash University will not be responsible or held liable for the well- being of my model (if used) during and after lash application.
• I understand and agree that S.H.E. Lash University has Intellectual Property Rights of the S.H.E. Training Manuals and Training Programs. Copying and publishing is not allowed without written consent of S.H.E. Lash University/ Kaitlyn Francisco.
• I understand and agree that S.H.E.  Lash University Training Manual is for personal use only. Legal actions will be taken against those who copy and/or publish the S.H.E. Lash Training Manual.
