Salon Policies

We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hour notice. Appointments canceled within less than this will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service. “No shows” will be charged 100%. Arrivals past 20 minutes of appointment time will be marked as a “no show”.  Any gift certificate purchased must be used with the provider that the certificate was purchased through. Any certificate purchased will be expired with in one year from the date of purchase.

We ask that you do not bring children or pets to your appointments. Accidents do happen and we want to keep everyone safe! Also, they are not covered under business insurance unless they are receiving service. 

Foreign Fill Policy 

Lashes must have been done 2-3 weeks prior to booking with us. Client must have at least 40% of lashes remaining or will be considered a new full set and charged as so. 

Work from previous artist must be compatible with SHE Lash Technique which involves protection of integrity of natural lashes. 

If work is not up to par a removal and full set will be required with a complimentary removal. 

If technique is compatible  with the SHE Lash technique there will be an upcharge of $25 at your initial visit to our salon.
